Are all I.T. Guys <sic> white males?

I'd hang this in my classroom if there were some women and some non-white males in it. Sure the information is not bad but there is a hidden message I don't want to broadcast to my students.

Race and gender aside, I find it fascinating that 6/7 of the jobs are called "specialists", and almost none were "engineers". Who came up with these titles and images anyway? I was a software engineer for decades, and I doubt I ever looked as miserable as the "programming specialist". And I don't think I've ever heard of an "internetworking engineer" ...
